Brooklyn-born and raised, Chef Sam’s culinary passion was inspired by the multi-ethnic and caribbean neighborhoods in New York. As a Haitian-American there were plenty of vivid memories with signature family dishes growing up, which later became the anchor for creating Love Bites!
Love Bites launched in early 2017, as a private chef and boutique-style catering service. It offers an eclectic menu with a mix of casual and fine dining options. The goal is to cater directly to YOU, the customer, in small group settings to help celebrate life’s important moments.
